LG Optimus 4X HD Price, Specifications Philippines – A Quad-Core at Php27,990

| On 21, Jul 2012

LG‘s flagship smartphone is set to arrive in the Philippines any time next week. Dubbed as LG Optimus 4X HD, this top-notch phone will have the cheapest official suggested retail price upon its launch in our archipelago. Obviously, this may be due to the hot competition of quad-cores which I think LG wants to dominate with this strategic planning. Let us find out more of the handset below.

The LG Optimus 4X HD boasts a big 4.7-inch True HD-IPS LCD Gorilla Glass screen, a 1.5GHz quad-core processor,  a GB of RAM, an 8MP camera with auto focus & flash, and a 16GB of internal storage. It also support NFC connectivity, HSDPA (No 4G) and bluetooth v3.0. The Optimus UI 3.0 skin will also accompany the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS of the phone to further enhance its user experience. Oh, I almost forgot, it’ll be equipped with a large 2150mAh battery too!

Although priced much lower than usual, the Optimus 4X HD sure has those flagship specifications. Indeed, this seem to be a strategy that LG may be holding on to quickly spread out a number of LG Optimus 4X HD users.

LG Optimus 4X HD’s price in the Philippines is set for “only” Php27,990 making it the cheapest quad-core to date. If compared to Samsung Galaxy SIII, it will save you approximately Php5,000. Of course, prices will vary from store to store but I’m talking about SRP here. So what do you think about this phone? Will you get it?

    Is it just me
or does picture from camera look better on it than the S3? I am in real need of a great smart phone but
can’t afford one. I just post a picture of mine on LG facebook page. Hopefully,
I get the most votes and win LG 4X HD or L7.

  • Markitee

I am really sorry Alex but I do not see that happening buddy. I already have a lot of votes. I am pretty sure that I will at least get an Optimus L7

lg 4x? nice phone but lg Philippines got 13gb only
lg 4x 13gb has no gps
lg 4x 8gb and 16gb has a gps but it is not available here in the Philippines

    lg 4x 13gb cost 27,990 better buy Samsung s3 32,990
    5,000 difference

    L7 or 4x 13gb?
ill go with L7 it cost 15,990 but now the price go down to 12,990 and if you will compare it 12,990 to other brand L7 will be the best
    and L7 has gps

try to wait L9 it will come soon

I’m choosing between the lg nexus 4 and this one. the lg nexus 4 is slightly better because of 2gb of ram but I might get the lg 4x hd because of its removable battery and micro sd card slot. so hard to choose. -_-
