LG has a new flagship smartphone called as LG Optimus G. The predecessor of the Optimus G, LG Optimus 4x HD, was just recently launched in the Philippines a few weeks back but now they got another beast. It was announced during the IFA event in Germany alongside LG Optimus L9. Check out the details of the phone below.

The LG Optimus G has a 4.7-inch IPS display with an innovated screen that’s called as G2 Touch Hybrid Display. It hasa very nice screen resolution of 1280 x 768 which will be viable at all times if you want great quality. Not only that, according to LG, this phone has a power efficient which can give as much as 70% less power consumption.

LG Optimus G is powered by a blazing fast 1.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor and it is coupled with 2GB of RAM. It will also turn on photographers as it has a powerful 13 megapixel camera sensor.

The sad part here is it will not run Android Jelly Bean right out of the box considering that it will take on both the Galaxy S3 and the Galaxy Note II.
