A slew of new Samsung android devices were spotted in benchmarks. The Galaxy S4 has been leaked  a few times already but this time, a new batch of Samsung android phones were taking the same route. Most of these phones were targeted to grace the entry-level category.

A total of six Samsung devices were discovered in the GLBenchmark results. They are still unannounced and we’re quite positive that they will be unveiled together with the S4 or at a later event. It’s been a long time since they launched the Galaxy Young and the Galaxy Pocket so its about time to follow-up the success of their low-end handsets.

Five of the said devices were included in Samsung’s Galaxy family while the last one is only known by its model number.

Galaxy-Pocket-2-leak

The first one is the Galaxy Pocket 2 GT-S5310 / GT-S5312 which looks like an affordable handset that sports Jelly Bean with a 850MHz Broadcom CPU, VideoCore IV GPU, and a slightly better 320×420 VGA display. Obviously, this is an upgrade to the original Pocket but these specs doesn’t seem to be much with Jelly Bean being the main difference.

Galaxy-Y-2-leak

A new device with the name Galaxy ‘Young’ GT-S6310/GT-S6312 is a little confusing but that is what the data tells us. We all know that there is already a device with this name, so it’s really ridiculous. Anyway, this one seems to be a mid-range type of smartphone based on its specifications.  It will have a 320×480 HVGA display, a 1GHz Qualcomm 7X27 processor, Adreno 200 GPU, and Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.

Another low-end handset is the Galaxy Star GT-S5282 but little is know on this device. It will have the same 240×320 VGA display, a Spreadtrum CPU, Mali-300 GPU, and Jelly Bean as the OS.

Samsung-Galaxy-Frame-rumors

Samsung Galaxy Frame GT-S6810/GT-S6810P is somehow similar to the Galaxy Young in terms of specs. It has a 320×480 HVGA display, 1GHz Broadcom CPU, Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, and NFC for the ‘P’ version.

Galaxy Fonblet 5.8 is already leaked before but this time it was also seen in benchmarks. It is said to feature a 960×540 qHD display, 1.2GHz Broadcom BCM28155 CPU partnered with VideoCore IV GPU. This is also rumored to be running Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. There is still no information about the actual screen size but the name itself hints that it is a 5.8-incher. Hence, the Fonblet name.

Last but not the least, is the GT-B9150 which doesn’t have a consumer friendly name yet. This device appears to be a high-end device that’s planned to complement the Galaxy S4 and the Galaxy Note 3. It will flaunt a 1920×1080 Full HD display, 1.7GHz dual-core Exynos 5250 processor, quad-core Mali-T604 GPU, and a newer Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean on top. Given the product code, it’s easy to spot that this isn’t one of the usual Galaxy smartphone. It can be a QWERTY handset, a smartphone, or a tablet! Oh well, we’ll never know until rumors reveal them.

It’s nice to know the more android device are coming our way but I really think that Samsung is overdoing their thing. Have you seen any device that you’re interested with in this set?
