SKK Mobile has unveiled its latest addition to its smartphone portfolio. For Php2,999, the SKK Mobile Wind is a budget-friendly Jelly Bean handset with a 4-inch LCD display, 5-megapixel rear camera, and dual SIM capability.

Released not long after the 10-inch Extreme tablet, the SKK Mobile Wind comes equipped with a capacitive touchscreen in a 480-by-800 (aka WVGA) resolution, which translates to a pixel density of 233ppi. Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean handles the software side of things, which should deliver smooth performance in the user interface despite the handset only having a 1.2GHz dual core processor.
