Google wants its Android users to stop using passwords this year.
A new ROM was featured over at XDA’s site a couple of days ago. Called the Omni ROM, it promises to correct the “mistakes” of other custom ROM. Personally, though, I find most of these jabs are against the wildly popular CyanogenMod ROM.
One of our readers recently asked as the question about the relationship between the processor and RAM. It immediately grabbed my attention because it is one of the familiar questions today. Samsung announces the arrival of the Jelly Bean update in the Galaxy S3 as well as the list of other Samsung android devices that are scheduled to receive an upgrade. It’s pretty nice to hear that several phones released last year will also get the update even though they have many smartphones are still on Gingerbread. If you’ve noticed something new on a recent Facebook app update on android, then that’s probably the new “Photo Syncing” feature. As the name suggests, this will sync your photos to your Facebook account which means that everyone will see your not-so-good looking photos and all the crap you’re in! Okay, not really. That’s not until you let them take a peak on it.
