Sony Philippines just launched the PlayStation Pulse Elite and Pulse Explore in the country. But if you’re thinking of getting it as a Christmas gift, forget about it, as it won’t be available until 2024.
First, we have the Sony PlayStation Pulse Elite, which is a wireless headset with a clean design that matches the PS5. Moreover, it has tons of features that are made to work perfectly with the latest console.

It comes with a retractable boom microphone so your teammates can hear you. There’s also the long battery life that can last for 30 hours, with a quick 10-minute charge already providing 2 hours worth of juice so you can get back to the game quickly. Sony also included intuitive controls for volume adjustment and mic mute for easy access.
Providing audio are planar magnetic drivers that are said to provide a deep bass and support 3D audio on select PS5 games. PlayStation Link technology is also here for ultra-low latency and lossless connectivity to the console.

Sony also included AI-enhanced noise rejection, dual device connectivity over Bluetooth, and charges via the included hanger so you can also display the device neatly. Finally, you can get it with a PlayStation Link USB adapter for smoother connectivity with PS5 consoles, and even PC and Mac.
The Sony PlayStation Pulse Elite has a price of Php8,399 and will be available starting February 21. The PlayStation Link USB adapter is sold separately for Php1,390.

If you want something lighter, you can try the Sony PlayStation Pulse Explore wireless earbuds, which means you can use them on your PS5 or smartphone. It comes with a charging case that can provide up to 10 hours of listening time — 5 hours continuously with the batteries within the buds themselves.
It also has built-in microphones for gaming with teammates or answering calls. Like its headset counterpart, Sony also included easy access to volume controls and mic mute, planar magnetic drivers, PlayStation Link, and dual device connectivity via Bluetooth.

The Sony PlayStation Pulse Explore has a price of Php12,490 and will be available on February 1. It also works with the PlayStation Link USB adapter.
