The new generation of mobile network, 5G connectivity, is starting to become available in the Philippines. So if you’re looking for a smartphone with support for this latest technology, this list if for you.
As of writing, the 5G coverage in the Philippines is still limited to most urban areas. But considering how local telcos are proactively adapting the technology, we expect more areas in the country to gain 5G access as days, weeks, and months pass by.
But if you want to be an early adopter, and if your area already has coverage, here’s a list of 5G smartphones that are now available in the Philippines. What’s interesting is, some of these options are actually reasonably priced, despite being the first of their kind.
Bear in mind that this list consists of smartphones that were officially brought to the country by their respective manufacturers, with the right SRP and after-sales support. They also support the 5G network offered in the country. We’ll be updating this list as more 5G phones get introduced locally.
