OPPO Philippines has launched two new 5G phones in the country. One of them is the OPPO Reno 6 Z.
A cheaper alternative to the Reno 6 5G, the OPPO Reno 6 Z 5G features a MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor versus the Dimensity 900 of the former. But unlike the more expensive model, it has a microSD card slot for storage expansion.
It also lacks a high-refresh-rate screen and instead settles for the traditional 60Hz for the 6.4-inch AMOLED screen. On the upside, it does have a responsive 180Hz touch sampling.
The 4,310mAh battery is similar, but the charging was cut in half at 30W.
OPPO also used an identical set of cameras and features. There’s a 64-megapixel main shooter on the back, partnered with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide and 2-megapixel depth sensor.
While on the front, we have a sharp 32-megapixel sensor for taking selfies.
The OPPO Reno 6 Z 5G has a price of Php19,999. Pre-orders will happen on August 7 to 13 and will be available on the 14th. You can get it at OPPO’s physical stores and in Lazada and Shopee. It’s also available in Globe, Smart, and Home Credit.
