Rumors are coming out that Grand Theft Auto VI, one of the highly-anticipated games of the decade, will be delayed.
But, Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick reaffirms that GTA VI”s release date is still set for fall of 2025. Talking about the release date, Zelnick said that while “there’s always a risk of slippage,” they still “feel really good about it.”
Take-Two is the parent company of Rockstar Games, the series’ publisher. GTA VI is set to be released on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S later this year.
Delays on the game’s release are inevitable considering that a number of games in the past have already been delayed. Also, the second trailer for the game has yet to be released after the first one came out more than a year ago.
