HONOR’s getting ready for the next year by releasing its latest flagship phone, the HONOR Magic8.
The HONOR Magic8, alongside the Magic8 Pro that it came out with, is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.
It is more compact than the Pro model, having just a 6.58-inch screen instead of a 6.71-inch. Albeit the display specs are the same, including an LTPO OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate.
Due to the smaller screen, it also has a smaller 7,000mAh battery, which is still a substantial upgrade over its predecessor’s 5,450mAh. Charging speed is slower than the Pro, too. It has 90W wired and 80W wireless charging support.
The all-new AI button is also here, which summons the AI features. A long-press will launch other actions.
No 200-megapixel telephoto for the non-Pro model. Instead, we have a 64-megapixel shooter that offers 3x optical zoom, joining the two 50-megapixel sensors for the main and ultra-wide lenses.
Those in China can already get the HONOR Magic8 12GB/256GB for CNY4,499 (~Php36,700), 12GB/512GB for CNY4,799 (~Php39,100), 16GB/512GB for CNY4,999 (~Php40,800), and 16GB/1TB for CNY5,499 (~Php44,800).
