HONOR’s latest Android 16-based MagicOS 10 update has been launched at the brand’s inaugural Global Developer Conference in Shenzhen, China.
With the HONOR MagicOS 10, the company is implementing its new 1x3xN ecosystem technology, together with its improved HONOR AI Connect platform.
This new framework will open their AI stack to partners globally (that’s the “1”), support them in three enablement tasks: ecosystem, channel, and technology (“3”), and scale across different industry clusters (the “N”) that include office and education, audio and wearables, smart home, toys, and pets.
As per HONOR, the new MagicOS makes a “multi-dimensional leap from a conventional OS to a true AI OS.”
A big new feature is the new and improved YOYO assistant that’s been powered by MagicLM 3.0 and now has the ability to “see, remember, and execute.”
Users will be able to ask YOYO to handle everyday tasks and workflows with just a single tap. Those casks include food ordering, shopping, ride-hailing, color grading with Magic Color, and complex command-based image editing.
It will also offer seamless pairing and transfers across HONOR devices, other Android handsets, and even iOS and Windows.
Plus, it will boast a new Zero Gravity Transparency Design. Like the new iOS 26, it will have transparent visual effects that balance aesthetics with performance.
