Dreame, a company best known for its robotic vacuum cleaners, is now making a move into your pocket. The brand has officially launched its first power bank, a magnetic wireless model called the Air Power 17 series.

This launch is part of a bigger push for the company. Since July, Dreame has rapidly expanded beyond cleaning devices, teasing or releasing products in areas like personal care, large home appliances, and consumer electronics.

The new Dreame Air Power 17 series is a magnetic power bank that supports the newer Qi2 wireless charging standard. It comes in two sizes: a 5,000 mAh model and a larger 10,000 mAh Pro version. Both promise a premium look with an aluminum alloy frame and AG glass.

The smaller model measures 103 by 58.4 by 8 millimeters and weighs about 125 grams. The 10,000mAh Pro is thicker at 12.8mm and heavier at 189 grams. Each one has a built-in stand on the back with the Dreame logo, an LED indicator light, and a USB-C port on the bottom.

For charging, both power banks offer up to 15W of wireless charging using the Qi2 standard. The USB-C port supports up to 20W of wired charging. A key feature is the ability to charge two devices at once: one wirelessly and one with a cable. The wireless charging can adjust between 5W, 7.5W, 10W, and 15W speeds, with an energy conversion efficiency rated above 60%.

The Dreame Air Power 17 powerbanks are already available for purchase in China. Price for the 5,000mAh model costs CNY219 (~Php1,750) while the 10,000mAh Pro model costs CNY259 (~Php2,070). There is no official word yet on international availability and pricing.
