Samsung has set the release date for its next flagship, the Galaxy S26 series.
Like before, the new series will include a base Samsung Galaxy S26 model, a Galaxy S26 Plus, and a Galaxy S26 Ultra. Despite the lack of official specs and features, Samsung has also started accepting pre-reservations for the devices.
Anyway, the Samsung Galaxy S26 series will be launched at a Galaxy Unpacked event happening on February 25 in San Francisco, California. That’s February 26, 2:00AM Philippine time. Fans can livestream the event on Samsung’s official website and YouTube channel.
Those who want to avail the pre-reservation can go to Samsung’s official website. Get early access to the new devices by paying a small fee.
While Samsung hasn’t released any official specs, leaks have pretty much confirmed what we can expect from the devices.
Both the Galaxy S26 and S26 Plus will be powered by an Exynos 2600 chipset, with up to 12GB of RAM. The Galaxy S26 will have a 4,300mAh battery, while the Galaxy S26 Plus will have a 4,900mAh.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy S26 Ultra will have a special Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy chipset, with a 5,000mAh battery, and a much-needed 60W wired charging upgrade and 25W for wireless.
