vivo has launched the vivo V70 in India, which is expected to also arrive in more markets really soon, including the Philippines.
The new vivo V70 has a premium 6.59-inch OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 5,000-nit peak brightness. The screen is protected by the Schott Xensation Core glass, while the entire device is protected by the 6-series aluminum alloy frame and an IP68/IP69-rated durability.
It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It ships with Android 16-based OriginOS 6 and will generously get 4 years of OS upgrades and 6 years of security patches.
There’s a big 6,500mAh battery, which vivo claims can last for up to 11 hours of playing PUBG Mobile.
ZEISS’s branding and technology are still here, providing a helping hand on the dual 50-megapixel cameras and 8-megapixel ultra-wide.
Another 50-megapixel sensor is used for selfies.
The vivo V70 5G 8GB/256GB has a price of INR45,999 (~Php29,300) in India, while the 12GB/256GB retails for INR49,999 (~Php31,800).
