The Nothing Phone 4a is here.
Launched alongside the Phone 4a Pro, the Nothing Phone 4a shares an identical camera setup. But the 50-megapixel main camera uses a Samsung GN9 sensor instead of a Sony LYTIA-700C.
We also have a 50-megapixel periscope lens, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide, and a 32-megapixel for selfies. That front camera sits on the 6.78-inch OLED screen, with a 120Hz refresh rate, 4,500-nit peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection.
It then has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor, which is barely an upgrade over its predecessor’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 3. That’s paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
Like the Pro model, it also has a 5,080mAh battery, with 50W wired charging. It didn’t get the Pro’s Glyph Matrix, but it does have a Glyph Bar that lights up when you receive notifications, charging, etc.
It then has an IP64 dust and water resistance, and ships with Nothing OS 4.1 interface, based on Android 16. It is guaranteed to receive 3 OS upgrades and 6 years of security patches.
The Nothing Phone 4a is now available in select markets. In India, you can get it for INR31,999 (~Php20,500) for the 8GB/128GB, INR34,999 (~Php22,400) for the 8GB/256GB, and INR37,999 for the 12GB/256GB.
