TECNO has given its EllaClaw AI a major boost. The AI assistant, which first appeared in March 2026, can now handle more tasks across different apps and also manage your phone’s performance behind the scenes.

The cloud-based Artificial Intelligence helper can now look after your data usage, battery life, and storage space. It works quietly in the background. For example, it can clear out temporary files to speed up a sluggish phone. It can also spot apps that drain your battery too fast and suggest closing them. When you play games or watch videos, it cuts down on extra background work to keep the device from overheating.

For people worried about running out of mobile data, EllaClaw tracks how much you use and compares it to your normal patterns. This feature is especially helpful in markets where data plans are expensive.

Before EllaClaw makes any major changes to your settings, it always asks for your permission first. This way, you stay in charge of your device.

The assistant also learns from your daily habits. Over time, it can give you a quick morning summary that includes your schedule, weather, and top news stories. It can also help plan trips by booking rides, setting alarms, and organizing your to-do list.

The newest addition is cross-app automation. With your approval, EllaClaw can work with apps for shopping, food delivery, transport, and smart home gadgets. It shows you what it is doing step by step, so you can see the process clearly.

You can ask it to book a ride in a single sentence. It can also check the status of your smart lights or locks. And when you are shopping online, it can scan e-commerce sites like Lazada and Shopee to find the best deals.

EllaClaw is still in the testing phase. TECNO has not said when it will be available to everyone, but the company plans to share more updates soon.
