Apple has updated the prices of the MacBook Neo, and it’s now substantially pricier.
The main reason that made the MacBook Neo popular is its price. With a starting price of just Php39,990, it was the cheapest and most attainable MacBook at launch. But now, it costs Php10,000 more.

The 256GB base model now retails for Php49,990, while the 512GB model with TouchID is now priced at Php56,990.
Outgoing Apple CEO Tim Cook has previously expressed how price increases for Apple hardware products are “unavoidable” due to the current RAM shortage the global industry is facing.
That said, we shall expect other Mac products to receive price increases soon, too. Then, it won’t be long until iPhones, iPads, and possibly even Apple Watches follow suit.
