Ugreen has quietly released a new set of over-ear headphones that pack some serious battery life without breaking the bank. The HiTune Max5s are designed for people who want decent features at a low price.

The headphones come with 40mm drivers and weigh just 238 grams. They offer active noise cancellation that cuts out up to 45dB of background noise. For calls, there are five microphones paired with AI technology to reduce background sounds and make your voice clearer.

Music lovers will appreciate the LDAC support and spatial audio. The companion app lets you adjust the equalizer or create your own sound profiles. The headphones also support Bluetooth 6.0 and can connect to two devices at once through multipoint pairing. Gamers get a low-latency mode with a response time of 0.08 seconds.

There is also an AI assistant built in that can transcribe audio to text and provide live translations.

But the biggest selling point is the battery. The 800mAh battery gives you up to 112 hours of playback when noise cancellation is off. With ANC on, that drops to 74 hours. UGREEN says this works out to about 30 days of use if you listen for roughly 3.7 hours each day. Charging is done through a USB-C port.

The UGREEN HiTune Max5s are priced at around $25 in China, where they are currently available through JD.com. UK shoppers can also find them on Amazon UK for £33.98 (~Php2,300), although this discounted price is only available for a limited time. Pricing and availability in PH are still unknown.
