Xiaomi sub-brand POCO has a new budget phone, the POCO M8 Power. As the name suggests, it has an extra-large battery.
The POCO M8 Power boasts an 8,000mAh battery. POCO claims it can last for up to 28 hours of continuous video playback, 14 hours of gaming, and 11 hours of GPS navigation. It has fast 22.5W reverse charging support to use it like a power bank. The device itself charges through the 45W adapter.

A large 6.9-inch FHD+ AMOLED display is on the front, which has a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection, and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Powering the device is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 processor, with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and 128GB of UFS 2.2 expandable storage. Software is handled by the Android 16-based HyperOS 3 and will receive 4 OS upgrades and 6 years of security patches.

For the cameras, there’s a single 50-megapixel main camera on the back and an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.
The device is also IP65 dust- and water-resistant and comes in three colors: Blaze Orange, Green, and Black.

Available starting August 7 in India, the POCO M8 Power 6GB/128GB retails for INR24,999 (~Php15,900), while the 8GB/128GB can be yours for INR27,999 (~Php17,900).
