Xiaomi has released the Redmi K100 Pro and the K100 Pro Max. For now, let’s focus on the non-Max model. It boasts a proper flagship chipset with an ultra-fast display and an enormous battery.
The Redmi K100 Pro has a generous 8,580mAh battery, which has been aptly paired with ultra-fast 100W wired charging, 50W fast wireless charging, and even 27W reverse wired charging so you can use it like a power bank.
Under the hood, we have a flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. However, this is said to be the binned version, where the Adreno 840 GPU has two cores clocked at 1.2GHz instead of having three at 1.3GHz. The K100 Pro Max has the standard Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 version.
On the front, there’s a 6.56-inch 1.5K OLED screen with a 185Hz refresh rate and other bells and whistles like HDR support.
Xiaomi also didn’t skimp on the cameras. There’s a 200-megapixel 1/1.56-inch main sensor, paired with a 50-megapixel 2.5x telephoto lens, 8-megapixel ultra-wide, and a 32-megapixel shooter on the front for selfies.
This model also has Bose-tuned stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, an under-display fingerprint scanner, and Android 16-based HyperOS 3 software.
The Redmi K100 Pro is available in 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/256GB, and 16GB/512GB models with a starting price of CNY3,699 (~Php33,600) in China.
