TCL Philippines has launched its latest line of premium smart TVs, the C7L SQD-Mini LED series.

If you’re curious what SQD-Mini LED tech is, the acronym seems to directly translate to “Super QLED”. It is said that, thanks to this technology, the TCL C7L offers 69% higher color dot accuracy than conventional QLED panels.

TCL also claims the panel offers a wide color gamut, precise color control with no color halo effect, 2,000-level local dimming zones for OLED-grade picture quality, and boasts 3,000-nit peak brightness — all while boasting an ultra-thin design.

It also has TCL’s All-Domain Halo Control Technology with Super Condensed Micro Lens, Enhanced Motion Clarity, IMAX ENHANCED, HLG, HDR and HDR10+ support, up to 100% BT.2020, and HVA 2.0 Pro Panel that greatly eliminates reflections.

It also supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, Dolby Vision gaming, and of course, TCL AI that can intelligently analyze what you’re using it for (watching movies, playing music, presentations, etc.) and apply the right settings for better and more appropriate visuals.
