Prominent performance benchmark app AnTuTu has released the top list of best-performing smartphones and tablets for September 2026.
Let’s start right away with the top-performing flagship phones. This list is led by a Xiaomi 18 Fold, which is powered by the relatively unknown Xiaomi XRing O3 chipset, scoring 4.6 million.

In the second to fourth spots are the iQOO 16, HONOR Magic 9 Pro Max, and Xiaomi 18 Pro Max, which are all powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 processor. The Xiaomi 18 Pro, sitting on the ninth spot, has the same chipset.
The only MediaTek-powered device on this list is the OPPO Find X10 Pro Max, rocking the Dimensity 9600 Pro and scoring 4.3 million. The list is completed by Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5-powered smartphones.

For the midrange list, the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Max-powered OPPO Reno15 Pro leads the charge with a score of 2.3 million. In fact, the entire list is populated by MediaTek Dimensity 8000-series chips. No Qualcomm devices in sight.

Thanks to the XRing O3, Xiaomi also dominated the tablet category with the Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max, scoring 5.2 million. The iQOO Pad Ultra takes the second spot, sporting a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6. There’s a substantial gap between the scores, with the iQOO device scoring 4.6 million.
The third spot is held by the Red Magic Tablet 5 Pro, followed by the Legion Y700, the vivo Pad6 Pro, the Legion Y700 Gen 5, the iQOO Pad6 Pro, the HONOR MagicPad Pro 13.3, the OnePlus Pad 3 Pro, and the OPPO Pad 5 Pro.
