We’ve seen tons of special edition PlayStation 5s come out in recent years. In fact, we’ve seen many iterations come out just this year.
So much so that there are people who are now craving a cleaner, more subtle look for the PlayStation 5. Thankfully, Sony has made one, but there’s a catch.
An all-black PlayStation 5 was spotted on the Japanese PlayStation Black. It’s officially called the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition Midnight Black. It will be released on November 19, the same day as Grand Theft Auto 6.
As of now, it’s confirmed to arrive in Japan for JPY55,000 (~Php21,900). No word yet if and when it will be released in other markets.
The new colorway has an all-black design for both the console and the DualSense controller. There are subtle blue-light accents, which are very reminiscent of the PS4.
