It’s been a while since we’ve seen a truly budget-friendly, under-Php7,000 budget phone in the Philippines. Thankfully, HONOR has released a new one, the HONOR Play10.
The HONOR Play10 has the most basic specs you’d expect from a good ol’ entry-level phone. No large batteries, no 5G connectivity, no latest software — just the kind of specs you’d expect from a sub-Php6,000 phone in 2026.

It is powered by a MediaTek Helio G81 processor, with only 3GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage that’s expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card.
The Play10 comes with a 5,000mAh battery, joined with a 10W charger. A large 6.74-inch LCD is on the front, with only an HD+ resolution. No high refresh rate.

As expected, there’s only a 5-megapixel front-facing camera and a 13-megapixel lens at the back. The device has an IP52-rated splash resistance.
What’s really disappointing is the outdated Android 15 Go Edition software.

The HONOR Play10 has an SRP of Php6,999 in the Philippines for the single 3GB/64GB variant. It is available on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. It is also available in HONOR stores and Globe stores nationwide.
