Xiaomi’s most recognizable wearable has gotten a refresh. The new Xiaomi Band 10 is essentially the same as its predecessor, with a few improvements, resulting in a more polished device.
The new Xiaomi Smart Band 10 now has a 1.72-inch AMOLED screen with a smooth 60Hz refresh rate and up to 1,500-nit peak brightness. It has thinner bezels at just 2.0mm for a better 73% screen-to-body ratio.
While the overall look is the same, the new model will now come in a fancier ceramic edition with a clean white colorway.
Xiaomi has also created new Silk Knitted Straps available in Feather Brown and Ebony Black. You can also wear it around your neck or use it like a bag charm with the Xiaomi Smart Band Pearl-chain Pendant. Xiaomi Asymmetrical Metal, Fluororubber Multi-color, and Magnetic Strap bands are also available.
The Band 10 gains a 9-axis sensor that unlocks additional activity tracking and more accurate health monitoring. Sleep monitoring is also improved with a guided improvement plan.
It has over 150 sports modes that include swimming, thanks to its 5ATM water resistance. Plus, you can transmit heart-rate data from the Band to a cycle speedometer via Bluetooth.
Xiaomi promises up to 21 days of battery life under typical usage, 9 days with AOD enabled, or 8 days under heavy use. The magnetic charger will provide a full charge in about an hour.
They also upgraded the linear motor and added new watch faces. It works seamlessly with other devices running HyperOS.
The Xiaomi Smart Band 10 will be available starting July 4 on Shopee, Lazada, and official Xiaomi stores for only Php2,499. The new Ceramic colorway will also be available with an introductory price of Php2,999 from June 27 to July 3.
