Remember Doogee? Well, their visibility in the Philippines might be fading, but they are still alive and well. In fact, they just released a new smartphone, the Doogee Y8.
The Doogee Y8 sports an attractive color gradient design, with curves all around, and a waterdrop notch on the screen. But other than its killer looks, this device is still poised for the low-end market. So don’t expect too much from its internals.
It’s powered by a MediaTek MTK6730 quad-core processor, with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The device also comes with a decent 3,400mAh battery.
There’s a 5-megapixel selfie camera on the front, and 8-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual cameras on the back.
On the upside, it runs on the latest Android 9 Pie operating system, and has both face unlock and fingerprint scanner security features.
