Google has introduced the new Pixel 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL with new magnetic charging tech, bigger batteries, and of course, the latest Tensor chipset.
For the uninitiated, the Google Pixel 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL, like their predecessors, are essentially the same devices and only differ in display sizes, batteries, and charging speeds.
The Pixel 10 Pro has a 6.3-inch LTPO OLED screen, just like the vanilla Pixel 10, and has a 4,870mAh battery. The Pixel 10 Pro XL has a bigger 6.8-inch panel with a 5,200mAh battery.
Both phones support Pixelsnap, which is Google’s version of MagSafe found on iPhones. The Pro has 30W wired and 15W wireless charging, while the Pro XL supports 45W and 25W wired and wireless charging, respectively.
The duo is powered by the latest 3nm Tensor G5 processor with Titan M2 chip. The latest CPU is 34% faster than its predecessor. It is paired with 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage.
This new processor brings the latest WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 6 connectivity. Ultra-wideband is also here.
They will ship with the all-new Android 16 and will receive 7 years of OS upgrades and security patches.
Sadly, we’re not getting camera upgrades this year. There’s the 50-megapixel main camera, 48-megapixel ultra-wide, and a 48-megapixel telephoto that offers 5x optical and 100x hybrid zoom.
The Google Pixel 10 Pro has a starting price of USD999 (~Php57,000) while the Pixel 10 Pro XL comes in at USD1,199 (~Php68,400).
