HUAWEI Philippines’ best new smartphone to date has been launched. Meet the HUAWEI Pura 80 Ultra.
One of the main innovations found on the HUAWEI Pura 80 Ultra is its Switchable Dual Telephoto Camera. A large sensor can switch between two different telephoto lenses for lossless quality. Great for portraits and faraway subjects.
Made for serious photographers, the Pura 80 Ultra has a 1-inch 50-megapixel main camera, a 40-megapixel ultra-wide, and a 13-megapixel camera for selfies.
Powering the device is a Kirin 9020 octa-core processor, with 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage. Keeping the lights on is a large 5,700mAh battery paired with blazing charging speeds: 100W for wired and 80W wireless.
As a true flagship, it has a fancy 6.8-inch LTPO OLED screen with a 1-120Hz refresh rate, 3,000-nit peak brightness, and Kunlun Glass 2 protection.
It comes with EMUI 15. As with most HUAWEI phones, it doesn’t come with Google Mobile Services or even 5G, which is really disappointing for a high-end phone.
The HUAWEI Pura 80 Ultra has an SRP of Php89,999. It’s available for pre-order from August 7 to 21, 2025, with a free HUAWEI FreeClip (Php9,999), Php8,000 trade-in tokens, HUAWEI Free Care+ (Php7,199), and HUAWEI Watch GT 5 (Php12,999).
