Itel tries to make its latest budget phone, the A100C, exciting by highlighting its durable design, IR blaster, and “free calls”.
The Itel A100C has an UltraLink Free Call feature powered by Bluetooth. Since it doesn’t have the range of cellular or WiFi, it’s only good for close proximities, especially in places where network connectivity is very limited. That includes concerts, basement parking, or even on trails and outdoor adventures. You can also send texts with this feature.

Itel’s latest is also MIL-STD-810H certified for having passed the military-grade shock resistance tests that include 26x repeated drop tests.
It is powered by a UNISOC T7100 octa-core processor, with 4GB of RAM, and 128GB of expandable storage. The efficient Android 15 Go Edition handles the software with Itel OS 15 on top.

There’s a 6.6-inch HD+ IPS screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and 1,500-nit peak brightness. A 5,000mAh battery keeps the lights on.
A 5-megapixel sensor takes selfies while the 8-megapixel camera on the back handles casual snaps.

Pricing and availability for the Itel A100C are yet to be known.
