nubia’s Music series of budget phones is back with the new nubia Music Pro.
The new nubia Music Pro has slightly better specs and, of course, louder speakers than the first nubia Music. Apart from the usual stereo setup (one on the bottom, one on top), there’s one bigger speaker driver on the back that offers 600% higher volume at up to 95dB.
There’s a dedicated app that lets you switch to a 2.0 channel if you just want to use the front speakers or go 2.1 if you want to party and add a speaker on the back.
The speakers are so loud that you can actually use the device as a wireless Bluetooth speaker for your other devices.. Touch-to-Share lets you use NFC lets you share the music playing to another Music Pro device for a louder sound.
We also have the AI Melody breathing light on the back that lights up different colors when you listen to music and dances with the sound.
Oh, and if you haven’t noticed, the large speaker and the light look like a vinyl record design.
As for the rest of the specs, the Music Pro is powered by a UNISOC T200 octa-core processor, a 6.7-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and a standard 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging.
There’s a sharp 50-megapixel main camera on the back, a 5-megapixel camera on the front, and, sadly, a dated Android 14-based MyOS 14 user interface.
The nubia Music Pro has an SRP of Php4,299, but is currently listed on TikTok for Php3,780 until August 8, 2025. And unlike other phones that has different colorways, the Music Pro is available in two, non-color-specific designs that are heavily music-inspired: Melody Wave and POP Art.
