The OnePlus 15 is now official as the brand’s latest flagship phone as we enter the new year.
As expected, the OnePlus 15 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, with up to 16GB of RAM, and 1TB of storage. The design is identical to the OPPO Find X9 series.
Like OPPO’s latest flagships, it also comes with a substantial battery upgrade. It now has a 7,300mAh capacity, which is 1,300mAh bigger than its predecessor. It boasts an ultra-fast 120W wired and 50W wireless charging.
OnePlus has downgraded the display’s resolution in lieu of a faster refresh rate. We now have a 6.78-inch FHD+ display at 165Hz. Stereo speakers are still here.
A controversial change is the cameras. Hasselblad partnership is now exclusive to the Find X9 series as the new OnePlus flagship uses OPPO Lumo Imaging System.
There’s a 50-megapixel main camera, 50-megapixel 3x telephoto, and 50-megapixel ultra-wide. A 32-megapixel selfie camera is on the front. It is also one of the first to get Android 16 with ColorOS 16 on top.
The OnePlus 15 is available in 12GB/256GB, 16GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB models in China. It starts for CNY3,999 (~Php33,300) and goes up to CNY5,399 (~Php44,900).
