OPPO just released a 5G version of the A5i Pro in Malaysia.
The OPPO A5i Pro 5G comes out after the 4G-only model was launched in the Philippines in June. This one swaps the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 1 chipset for a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, with 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage.
It does have a sharper 8-megapixel selfie camera. Everything else appears to be the same.
We still have a 50-megapixel main camera with a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Plus, a large 6,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging and a 6.67-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i glass protection.
The OPPO A5i Pro 5G is now listed in Malaysia for MYR799 (~Php10,800) and will be available starting September 16.
