OPPO’s new flagship line has been introduced. Per usual, it comes in twos. Let us show you the vanilla OPPO Find X9.
The OPPO Find X9 shares the same processor as the Find X9 Pro. It’s the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, boasting a CPU and GPU 32% and 33% faster than before, respectively. The NPU gets a massive upgrade to 111%. The best part is, the chipset components are up to 56% more efficient than before.
But compared to the Pro, we have a smaller 6.59-inch display, but the display features are identical. It also has a smaller 7,025mAh battery, albeit still substantially bigger than its predecessor. We still have an impressive 80W wired and 50W wireless charging.
The cheaper of the Find X9 series uses the Find X8 Pro’s 50-megapixel Sony LYT-808 camera sensor with a bright f/1.6 aperture and optical image stabilization.
It is joined by a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 telephoto lens, also with OIS, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide. A 32-megapixel selfie camera is on the front.
The series ships with Android 16 with ColorOS 16 on top. It will receive 5 OS upgrades and 6 years of security patches. A bunch of AI features are inside, too.
Of course, the device has received an IP66, IP68, and IP69 rating for surviving water jets, water submersion, and hot water jets.
The OPPO Find X9 has a starting price of CNY4,399 (~Php35,800) for the 12GB/256GB and goes up to CNY5,799 (~Php47,200) for the top-tier 16GB/1TB model.
