OPPO has officially announced that its next generation of flagship phones, the Find X9 series, will debut on October 16, 2025 in China. Alongside the launch date, the company has released the first official images of the two main models, the standard OPPO Find X9 and the high-end Find X9 Pro.
The newly revealed renders of the OPPO Find X9 Series provide a clear look at the phones’ design, which appears to share a strong family resemblance with recent leaks of the upcoming OnePlus 15.

The company detailed how the chipset’s design, which MediaTek calls a “third-generation All-Big-Core architecture,” contributes to performance. It combines one ultra-fast core running at 4.21 GHz, three premium cores, and four performance cores. OPPO claims this setup provides a 32 percent increase in single-core speed and a 17 percent boost in multi-core performance compared to the previous generation chip. At the same time, peak power consumption is reduced by up to 55 percent, which should help battery life.

For graphics, the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 uses an ARM G1-Ultra GPU. OPPO states this delivers 33 percent higher graphics performance and 42 percent better power efficiency. This is intended to support advanced gaming features like ray tracing. OPPO says a special cooling system in the Find X9 series will help maintain smooth gameplay.
The official launch event on October 16 will provide all the final details, including full specifications, pricing, and availability. A global release date for the OPPO Find X9 series is expected to follow soon.
