Redmagic’s latest gaming tablet, the RedMagic Tablet 3 Pro, now boasts an OLED display that offers high frame rates in select games, has a fan-cooled flagship chip, support for a magnetic keyboard, and more.
The new RedMagic Tablet 3 Pro features a more compact 9.06-inch OLED screen with a 1,100-nit peak brightness, 5280Hz PWM dimming, and more importantly, a high 165Hz refresh rate.
As per the company, you should be able to play PUBG Mobile, Call of Duty Mobile, and Genshin Impact at 120fps, League of Legends: Wild Rift at 144fps, and Minecraft at 165fps.
Even more interesting is the pre-installed PC emulator that can run triple-A games. It can apparently handle games like Tomb Raider at 60fps. For the best experience, you can get it with the Shadow Blade Gamepad 3, IceBlade Magnetic Keyboard, and more.
Making these possible is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, with up to 24GB LPDDR5T RAM, and 1TB of UFS 4.1 Pro storage. It also has a dedicated RedCore R3 Pro chip that can upscale games to 2K at up to 120fps.
The chipset is attached to the ICE-X Cooling system that consists of a large vapor chamber, liquid metal, and an RGB-lit cooling fan that can reduce heat by up to 8°C.
It then has a decent 8,200mAh battery that can apparently provide up to 5.5 hours of gaming. The 80W charger provides 50% charge in 20 minutes. Its USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port supports external displays of up to 8K@60Hz or 144Hz at 4K
RedMagic also highlights its CNC-machined aerospace-grade aluminum build. It ships with RedMagic OS 10.5 user interface.
The RedMagic Tablet 3 Pro has a starting price of CNY3,999 (~Php30,900) for the 12GB/256GB and can go as high as CNY5,999 (~Php46,400) for the 24GB/1TB.
