Xiaomi Philippines has a new affordable tablet that not only has a large screen and battery, but also 4G connectivity to keep you online anytime, anywhere, even without WiFi.
The Redmi Pad 2 4G is powered by a MediaTek Helio G100 Ultra processor that should provide good performance for the price, especially with its up to 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and Xiaomi’s Android 15-based HyperOS 2.1.
It has a large 11-inch 2.5K IPS display with 10-bit color, a smooth 90Hz AdaptiveSync refresh rate, and TUV Rheinland Low Blue Light (Software Solution), Flicker-Free, and Circadian-Friendly certification.
Audio comes from the stereo speakers, two on each side.
Keeping the lights on is a large 9,000mAh battery Xiaomi claims can last for up to 19 hours of video playback or 22 hours of reading.
Xiaomi also highlights its metal unibody build with two color options: Mint Green and Graphite Gray.
The Redmi Pad 2 4G has an SRP of Php11,999 for the 6GB/128GB model and Php13,999 for the 8GB/256GB. Get it at Shopee from June 5-18 for introductory prices of just Php10,499 and Php12,499, respectively.
