TECNO’s latest entry-level phone, the Spark 30, is here, with the promise of “5 years lasting fluency.”
As per TECNO, the MediaTek Helio G91 processor of the TECNO Spark 30 can provide a seamless performance that lasts for 5 years. The fine print states that it is based on the comprehensive optimizations made on the software and hardware, which “does not equate to an absolute absence of lag.”
The chipset is paired with 8GB of RAM, an additional 8GB via virtual RAM expansion, and 256GB of expandable storage.
It also has the standard 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging. TECNO claims it can retain over 80% of its battery health after 1,000 charge cycles.
Despite its entry-level status, the Spark 30 managed to have stereo speakers with 300% volume boost mode. It is also IP64 dust and water-resistant.
On the front, we have a 6.78-inch FHD+ IPS display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole for the 13-megapixel selfie camera. There’s a unique design on the back with a large camera island that holds the 64-megapixel IMX682 sensor from Sony, two unknown accomplices, and a quad-LED flash.
The TECNO Spark 30 is already live on the brand’s Tanzanian website, with the official price and availability yet to be known.
