vivo has unveiled the vivo X300 series, its latest sub-flagship smartphone.

We’re starting with the vivo X300. Like the X300 Pro, it is powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, with up to 16GB RAM, and 512GB of storage. It ships with Android 16-based OriginOS 6 since it will be first available in China.

But unlike the Pro, it has a compact 6.31-inch 8T LTPO display with a sharp 2.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.

Despite its small size, it gets to have a large 6,040mAh battery, paired with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.

ZEISS continues to back up vivo’s premium phones. The X300 boasts a 200-megapixel Samsung sensor, a 50-megapixel telephoto lens from Sony, and another 50-megapixel sensor from Samsung for the ultra-wide.

Another 50-megapixel sensor is on the front for selfies.
