vivo has been liberally using the term GT even on their budget phone. Their latest one is apparently deserving of the name, too. Meet the new vivo Y19s GT.
The vivo Y19s GT is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It reportedly scored 434,100 in the AnTuTu Benchmark.
It also boasts an IP64-rated dust and water resistance and can withstand falls at certain heights, thanks to its reinforced structure receiving a MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification.
A large 5,500mAh battery keeps the lights on with a 15W charging. vivo claims it can retain at least 80% of its battery health even after 5 years.
We got a smooth 90Hz 6.74-inch display on the front, but with only an HD+ resolution.
A low-resolution 5-megapixel selfie camera is on the front and a sharp 50-megapixel camera on the back — very typical for the Y series. AI Erase 2.0 and AI Photo Enhance are also here.
The vivo Y19s GT is now listed in Indonesia with a price of IDR1,949,000 (~Php6,800) for the 6GB/128GB model, IDR2,149,000 (~Php7,500) for the 8GB/128GB, and IDR2,349,000 (~Php8,200) for the 8GB/256GB.
