vivo’s latest entry-level phone boasts a large battery, a fast and vibrant display, and a sharp camera.
The vivo Y400 4G comes with a 6,000mAh battery, they claim can last for up to 61 hours of music listening and 16 hours of scrolling to TikTok. That’s up to 10 hours longer than the standard 5,000mAh capacity of its predecessors. It supports 44W charging.

We also have a fast 120Hz AMOLED screen with an FHD+ resolution, 1,800-nit peak brightness, and DCI-P3 color coverage.
A sharp 50-megapixel main camera is on the back, which uses a Sony IMX852 sensor, and is joined by a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Details for the selfie camera are nowhere to be found for some reason.

Sadly, it lacks 5G connectivity as it settles for a 4G-only Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 processor. It ships with Android 15-based Funtouch OS 15 and should receive at least two years of security patches.
It is also IP68/69 dust and water resistant, and the screen works even with wet hands. AI features are also here, like AI Notes Summary, AI Transcript Assist, and Circle to Search.

Pricing and availability details for the vivo Y400 4G are yet to be announced.
