vivo has introduced a 5G version of the vivo Y400.
Sharing a lot of similarities with the 4G model, the vivo Y400 5G has been upgraded to a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor. Charging speed is almost twice as fast at 90W.
Everything else appears to be the same. The duo has a large 6,000mAh battery, a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, and IP68/69 dust and water protection.
A sharp 32-megapixel selfie camera is on the front and a 50-megapixel camera on the back. No ultra-wide or macro, but you do get a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
The vivo Y400 5G will be available in India starting August 7; release details in the Philippines are yet to be known. The 8GB/128GB retails for INR21,999 (~Php14,400) and the 8GB/256GB for INR23,999 (~Php15,700).
