Nothing has unveiled its latest wireless earbuds, the Nothing Ear (3). The new model builds on the brand’s distinctive transparent design with several upgrades aimed at improving call quality and audio performance.
A major focus of the Ear (3) is its new Super Mic system, designed to make your voice sound clear even in noisy places. This dual-microphone setup uses ambient-filtering technology to block out background noise of up to 95 decibels. For quick access, a TALK button on the charging case instantly activates the microphones for calls.
The system is supported by three other directional microphones and a bone-conduction sensor. This special sensor detects vibrations from your jaw and ear canal to pick up your voice more accurately. Nothing pairs this hardware with an AI engine that has been trained on over 20 million hours of real-world audio. It works to cut wind noise by more than 25 decibels and constantly adapts to your environment, checking for outside noise and how well the earbuds are fitted every fraction of a second.

For music listening, the Nothing Ear (3) features an upgraded 12mm driver. Its new patterned diaphragm creates a 20 percent larger surface area, which Nothing says boosts treble by up to 4 decibels and improves bass response by 4 to 6 decibels for a richer and cleaner sound.
Battery life has also seen an improvement. Each earbud now has a 55 mAh battery, providing up to 10 hours of playback on a single charge. The charging case extends that total battery life to 38 hours. A quick 10-minute charge via USB-C gives an additional 10 hours of listening, and the case supports wireless charging.
The Nothing Ear (3) comes in black and white colors with a global SRP of $179 (~Php10,100). It will be available in the Philippines soon via Digital Walker. No word yet on the official pricing and release date, but we’ll update this post as soon as we know more about it.
