Xiaomi Philippines has launched its second OpenWear earphones, the Xiaomi OpenWear Stereo Pro.
As the name suggests, the Xiaomi OpenWear Stereo Pro has an open-ear design and aims to compete in the growing market. But unlike other sports-oriented earbuds, this one leans more towards premium users with its elegant design.

Instead of the typical all-rubber design that others have, the OpenWear Stereo Pro has a shiny metallic body and a vegan leather case with faux suede inner lining. It is IP54 water-resistant that should be enough for sweat and rain.
For a secure and ergonomic fit, the earbuds have an ear hook that uses a 0.6mm flexible memory titanium wire. The weight of the main module and the metallic piece on the back balances it out for even better comfort.

Having an open-ear design provides better spatial awareness when running or cycling outdoors, which is great for safety. It is also for those who work at offices who still want to be aware of their surroundings, or users who have the discomfort of in-ear buds.
The audio comes from the 18 x 13mm dynamic driver that offers powerful bass, dual balanced armatures, and piezoelectric ceramic tweeters. Xiaomi also included a dedicated sound leakage reduction driver.

LDAC and Hi-Res Audio Wireless are supported. Plus, there are Harman AudioEFX EQ profiles you can choose from via the Xiaomi Earbuds app, available for both Android and iOS.
360-degree head-tracking is supported for spatial audio. On-device voice recording is also here with up to 120 minutes on each bud. It uses Bluetooth 5.4.

It charges via USB-C. Sadly, no wireless charging support. They last for up to 8.5 hours of continuous listening or 45 hours with the case. AI Suptitles, Dual device smart connectivity, and Google Fast Pair are all here.

The Xiaomi OpenWear Stereo Pro has an SRP of Php7,699 in the Philippines. From September 26 to October 12, you can get it at Shopee for just Php7,199 and with a free Xiaomi Sunglasses (Square or Nylon Polarized).
It comes in three colors that match the new Xiaomi 15T Pro: Sand Gold, Graphite Black, and Titan Gray. We’re in the process of testing the device for a full review, so stay tuned for that.
