Samsung’s first 37-inch monitor have been unveiled as part of its ViewFinity S8 line.
The Samsung 37-inch ViewFinity S8 joins the 32-inch and 43-inch models in a line of monitors made for workspaces and creatives.
As per Samsung, the monitor will provide comfortable field of view, optimal viewing distance, and outstanding readability.
It has a sharp UHD resolution so you can clearly read even small texts. The wide 16:9 aspect ratio is handy for multitasking and makes watching videos more immersive.
The monitor also received a TUV Rheinland certification for being an Ergonomic Workspaces Display thanks to a design that reduces visual fatigue.
It is also TUV Rheinland Certified for having an Intelligent Eye Care feature that minimizes blue light and flickers, which is also good for the eyes.
For the ports, we have a USB-C port that offers 90W charging and DisplayPort. That’s a one-cable solution for a seamless docking experience of your laptop to a desk setup. It also has a built-in LAN port.
The stand has height, tilt, and swivel adjustment and is quick setup that will only take about 10 seconds.
It also has a built-in keyboard, video, and mouse (KVM) switch, picture-by-picture (PBP) and picture-in-picture (PIP) modes.
Pricing and availability details are yet to be announced. Alternatively, Samsung has also introduced a 37-inch version of its Odyssey G7 gaming line-up, which offers 4K resolution, 165Hz refresh rate, and 1000R curvature.
