A new mobile game named Acecraft launched globally last August 28 2025, developed by MOONTON Games.
This two-player cooperative shooter takes players on a vertical scrolling adventure through the vibrant world of Cloudia. Users can select from eight different pilots, each with special skills, and personalize their aircraft with various Wingmen. The core gameplay requires dodging enemy fire while strategically gathering pink projectiles to unleash powerful counterattacks.
Acecraft distinguishes itself immediately through its visual presentation. The game is crafted in a hand-drawn animation style that pays homage to classic 1930s cartoons, creating a unique storybook aesthetic. This deliberate artistic choice provides a nostalgic charm that is uncommon in the mobile shooting genre. Every frame has been meticulously animated by hand to achieve this specific look.
A separate in-game puzzle called “Quack the Code” will also unfold over six days. Participants must find a new English word password each day by gathering clues from gameplay or the official community. The first day’s password is “SKY”. Unlocking all six passwords grant access to a secret cooperative stage known as the Co-Pilot Extreme Challenge.
This hidden level is designed to be exceptionally difficult, intended only for seasoned players seeking a serious test of skill. Leaderboards will track the first global and regional teams to complete this challenge, along with the fastest completion times. Successful players can earn digital avatar frames and physical rewards like airline tickets.
Acecraft is available now as a free download on the App Store and Google Play. It supports both single-player and two-player co-op modes, merging cartoonish visuals with contemporary mobile action.
