The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has introduced a new digital service, giving citizens a faster way to access their civil registry documents.
This new online feature allows individuals to securely view their PSA-issued certificates shortly after requesting them. Available documents include birth, marriage, and death certificates, as well as the Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) and Certificate of No Death (CENODEATH). A key benefit is that this can be done without first booking an appointment.
PSA Online Certificates price list
- Birth Certificate — Php130
- Marriage Certificate — Php130
- Death Certificate — Php130
- CENOMAR — Php185
- CENODEATH — Php185
Interested individuals can request this service through the official PSA Serbilis website. After completing the request, a unique reference code is provided. This code is essential, as it grants the user access to view their certificate online.
To complement the digital viewing, the PSA also unveiled a service named DocPrint. This option enables people to have their requested documents printed at any designated PSA Civil Registry System outlet by presenting their access code.
According to the agency, these new services are a core part of the second phase of its Civil Registry System Information Technology Project. The initiative aims to use modern technology to improve the efficiency and accessibility of government services for all Filipinos.
