Since we wrote about it last month, we’ve gathered a few more info about the Cherry Mobile Flare S2. Read on to learn what this new quad-core smartphone has to offer.

Described as “sexier the 2nd time around,” the Cherry Mobile Flare S2 is the follow-up to last year’s Flare S. Perhaps the most notable upgrade is the Sony IMX 179 sensor for the rear camera. It’s the same sensor used by the Google Nexus 5. The curves are also more noticeable this time, which we’re hoping will improve comfort when holding the phone. Screen has also been upped to 4.5 inches, and the front camera now sports 2-megapixel resolution instead of VGA.
