The upcoming vivo V60 smartphone has been previewed in a high-profile fashion spread, featured alongside Thai actress Tu Tontawan in Vogue Thailand. The device, shown in a Berry Purple finish, signals a significant upgrade for the brand’s V Series.
A key innovation is the inclusion of a telephoto camera developed in partnership with ZEISS, a first for this line. This collaboration aims to deliver professional-level photography in a more accessible handset. The phone will use the Sony IMX882 sensor, which is also found in the company’s recent X200 FE model.
The 50-megapixel ZEISS telephoto lens supports a 100x zoom capability, allowing users to take detailed photos from a great distance. This feature is enhanced by AI that can automatically recognize stage settings, making it suitable for events like concerts or fashion shows.
The vivo V60 is scheduled to be released on September 3. More information is available on vivo Philippines’ social media channels and official website.
