Along with the launch of the HTC One S were two siblings called as HTC Desire V and HTC Desire C. The first one was a mid-range handset while the latter was an entry-level phone that’s capable of running Ice Cream Sandwich at only 600MHz. The launch was held at the Block, SM North EDSA.
