Smartphone brands have been pushing the envelope in battery capacity these past few months. Now, Xiaomi is turning the knob all the way up with its upcoming rumored device.
Xiaomi is expected to launch the Redmi Turbo 5 Pro in the coming weeks, which is said to have an enormous 9,000mAh battery.
But, the company won’t stop there, as a rumor suggests that they are already working on a phone with a big 10,000mAh battery. That’s not the biggest capacity we’ve seen on a smartphone, but definitely the biggest on a thin and light form factor.
It’s then aptly paired with 100W wired charging and ultra-fast wireless charging.
Rumor has it that this big-battery smartphone will only be 8.5mm thick. That’s just about 0.5mm thicker than your average smartphone.
